01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the taya363 website located at taya363.vip, its subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, or any associated applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. taya363 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of taya363 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all taya363 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the taya363 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. taya363 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya363 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. taya363 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify taya363 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. taya363 support is available 24/7 to assist with account security concerns.
• Account Verification: taya363 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

taya363 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the taya363 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your taya363 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. taya363 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification. taya363 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are expressed in Philippine Peso (₱). taya363 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
• Fraud Prevention: taya363 employs fraud detection systems to protect the integrity of the Platform. Any account suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or collusion, will be suspended pending investigation. taya363 reserves the right to withhold funds from accounts under investigation.

taya363 reserves the right to impose transaction limits, request additional verification, or decline any transaction at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including for compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

taya363 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all taya363 promotions:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• taya363 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya363 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the taya363 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the taya363 Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the taya363 Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the taya363 Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Using the taya363 Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software underlying the taya363 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing taya363 staff or other players through any communication channel.

taya363 monitors Platform activity continuously and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During any investigation, taya363 may place a temporary hold on the affected account and any associated funds.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the taya363 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of taya363 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya363 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the taya363 Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any taya363 content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the taya363 Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the taya363 Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of taya363 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya363 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the taya363 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond taya363's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that taya363 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly upon becoming aware of them.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the taya363 Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, taya363's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit taya363's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Termination

taya363 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Upon termination of your account, taya363 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account, less any amounts owed to taya363, within a reasonable timeframe, provided that no investigation is ongoing. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon account closure for breach of these Terms.

You may also close your taya363 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. taya363 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
